Multi-Component Technology
Since 2003 we have employed innovative and future-oriented multi-component technology.
This process enables new perspectives in the processing of plastics, in areas of application and in the structuring of injection-moulding articles.
Several different substances, paints or materials can be linked with an injection moulded part in one process sequence, without additional assembly steps or after-treatment outside of the manufacturing process.
The process security achieved with this can be applied to multi-component injection moulding, particularly for assembly-line production with the highest quality requirements.
For more than 20 years we have been producing plastic articles with metallised interconnections for the leading Europe-wide gardening implement manufacturer Gardena® and since 2003 have exclusively produced all multiple-component clamping screws.
